  • Emergency First Aid at Work Course 1 Day otherwise known as a 1 Day Emergency First Aid Certificate is for Low-Risk Workplaces.
  • Training for First Aiders need to have basic knowledge of First Aid and be able to respond to a small range of injuries that could happen in a low-risk work venue.

Who is it for?

Suitable for any person in the role of First Aider including those who work in security this is a suitable qualification for those needing First Aid for Emergency First Aid at Work.

The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) is suitable for low-risk workplaces such as offices and is one day in duration. 

If you are in a high-risk workplace, such as construction, forestry, agriculture, or a glazier your staff may need to undertake the three-day course.

Course costs

Efaw training can be delivered at your venue and the cost is £1140 for a group of up to 12 staff this equates to £95 per learner. A smaller group of up to 6 learners can be trained onsite for £765.60.

Qualification

Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (RQF) is Accredited by an Ofqual Regulated awarding body. This course meets requirements of The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and is valid for 3 years.

  • On completion of the Emergency First Aid Training Course. Successful First Aid at Work 1-day students will be given a regulated (RQF) Emergency First Aid at work certificate.

Course content

Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 online course, this course can be delivered partly online for 2 of the 6 hours if needed however in practice the emergency first aid at work online training course is best taught for the full 6 hours via face-to-face owing to the importance of the subject.
