Level 3, First Aid Requalification – 2 Day

Course overview

The online first aid requalification course is a great way to reduce the 2-day refresher to a one-day face-to-face course.

This allows the learner to access the First Aid at Work Requalification course by studying one day online (6 hours) followed by the second day with a trainer face to face.

Suitable for those that have an in-date FAW qualification that is nearing expiry from 2 days of face-to-face training with a trainer to one day of face-to-face training when studying online.

Qualification

This is a Regulated qualification overseen by Ofqual and meets the requirements of the FAW Regulations 1981. Successfully completing the training meets requirements of The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981.

HSE Approved

The HSE* no longer directly approve First Aid courses.

However, we use Regulated qualifications to ensure your training is suitable and sufficient.

Be prepared

All workplace first aiders must complete requalification training every 3 years in order to continue carrying out their role?

The QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) Requalifying Course is specifically designed to allow first aiders to renew their first aid at work qualification. Has your certificate expired, or when is it due to expire?

During this 2 day first aid course, candidates will have the opportunity to practise essential first aid procedures, as well as learn the latest techniques for dealing with emergency situations and managing injuries and illnesses in the workplace.

What’s more, as a regulated qualification, employers can book this course for their employees and rest assured that they have fulfilled their legal responsibilities for providing quality first aid training, without having to undertake any lengthy due diligence checks.

Are your staff prepared?

Ensure your staff has the relevant emergency first aid at work certificate to deal with a heart attack, stroke epilepsy, asthma, small cuts grazes and bruises, injuries to bones muscles and joints, minor burns and scalds.

Would definitely recommend…
I completed the blended first aid refresher course. There was a lot to learn in a short space of time, but Barry was great! We could have a laugh with him which made us feel more relaxed. I am now confident and have the knowledge to put into practice when needed.

Engaging, effective, and important
As always Barry made the practical learning fun and interactive so that the information is easy to remember. The blended form of training was much easier to fit into busy working lives and the interactive online training meant you could go back to sections if needed.
